Agilent Technologies Delivers High-Value Oscilloscopes to University of Sydney's Physics Lab
Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that the University of Sydney, Australia, selected Agilent's high-value DSO1002A oscilloscope for its physics labs. The lab upgrade ensures students have access to the most current, and sophisticated, electronic test equipment in the industry. The university's School of Physics is focused on quantum science research.
UnivScopes are an essential piece of equipment for physics students and experimental physicists, said Dr. Richard Tarrant, director of first-year laboratories.
Agilent recognizes the talent of the University of Sydney's physics researchers and teachers as well as the outstanding caliber of students who have worked hard to achieve a place at the school, said Alan Brown, general manager of Agilent Australia. It is a great feeling to be able to provide Australia's oldest physics department with the latest equipment.
