NeoCortec at embedded world 2024
At embedded world 2024, Thomas Steen Halkier, Chief Executive Officer at NeoCortec, talks to Electronic Specifier's Editor, Mick Elliott, about the company and its new Click Boards.
NeoCortec worked alongside MikroE to introduce three new Click Boards based on NeoCortec modules. The Click Boards streamline the development process by eliminating the need for engineers to design their own PCBs, allowing them to quickly and cost-effectively begin Proof-of-Concept testing of the NeoMesh network protocol stack in actual applications. These boards incorporate NeoCortec’s compact, low-power NC1000 and NC2400 network modules, catering to a wide array of applications across IoT and Cloud-based sensor networks. These applications include smart buildings and workplaces, metering, security, agriculture, transportation, Industry 4.0, medical, and food distribution sectors. Devices can be assembled and IoT applications developed in a very short timeframe, all at minimal cost, with an average power consumption of just 20uA.
