Communicating cars get on the road!
The long-cherished vision of V2X communications is soon to become reality. Austria, Germany and the Netherlands are conducting a demonstration of cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) from Vienna to Rotterdam via Munich and Frankfurt.
Working with industry partners such as Siemens, NXP is currently preparing for the launch of the revolutionary ITS Corridor. This infrastructure and car innovation will leverage the NXP’s V2X technology to bring enhanced safety and security to the 1,300km stretch of road.
