Flexible RF-LNA Design using the BGU7003 - NXP Semiconductors Quick Learning 12
The BGU7003 Biased RF Transistor enables easy and flexible Low Noise Amplifier design for frequencies up to 6GHz. The integrated Bias-Circuit solves the biasing issues and simplifies the design effort. Only the in- and output matching-circuits has to be added to get a high performace LNA.
