New Product Introduction From Rochester Electronics' Extension-of-Life Program
Rochester Electronics has re-introduced and continues to manufacture the Intel 8085AH family of 8-BIT HMOS microprocessors. The 8085AH is a complete 8-bit parallel CPU implemented in N-channel, depletion load, silicon gate technology. It offers a higher level of system integration than the 8080A with a minimum system of three IC’s [8085AH (CPU), 8156H (RAM/IO) and 8755A (EPROM/IO)] while maintaining total system expandability.
Preying On The Vulnerable
Why Simple and Differential Power Analysis (SPA and DPA) pose a serious security threat for Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and System-on-Chips (SoCs) that employ cryptography. Read this article from ES Design magazine by Richard Newell, Senior Principal Product Architect, SoC Products Group, with Microsemi Corporation & Dr. Pankaj Rohatgi, Technical Director, Hardware Security Solutions, at Cryptography Research.
