National Instruments Reports Second Quarter Revenue of $179.5 Million
National Instruments (Nasdaq: NATI) reported quarterly revenue in the second quarter of 2007 of $179.5 million, up 12 percent from Q2 2006. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) for Q2 2007 was 26 cents. This compares to NI guidance of 23 cents to 28 cents per share. Net income was $21 million, up 22 percent from Q2 2006. For Q2 2007 operating margin and net margin were 13.5 percent and 11.6 percent, respectively.
Four UK Engineers Achieve National Instruments Certified LabVIEW Architect Status
National Instruments UK & Ireland today announced that four more UK engineers have achieved the prestigious Certified LabVIEW Architect status: Ian Lloyd and Stephen Swindley from City Technology Ltd, and Peter Davies and Mark Lee from Develop-ing Solutions. This is the highest level of NI LabVIEW certification available, with only six engineers in UK & Ireland and sixteen across the whole of Europe, currently certified at this status.
