Vishay have today announced a new wet tantalum high-energy capacitor, HE4. The new HE4 capacitors offer the highest capacitance of any similar device on the market and low maximum ESR down to 0.025 Ohm at +25 °C and 1 kHz. Featuring a unique case design for improved reliability and performance in military and aerospace applications, the HE4 high-energy capacitors are manufactured to withstand high stress and hazardous environments.

Vishay have introduced new -40 V and -30 V TrenchFET Gen III p-channel power MOSFETs. Available in the PowerPAK 1212-8 and PowerPAK 1212-8S packages, the new devices feature industry-low on-resistance at -10 V and -4.5 V gate drives.
