TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR Announces 105°C Step-Down DC/DC Controller with 30V Operation and Low Supply Current
TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR has developed the XC9252 series of 105°C step-down DC/DC controllers with 30V operation and a low supply current. This is a high breakdown voltage product with an input voltage of 30V, input rating of 36V, and a peak voltage of 46V for 400ms.
Off-line Controllers for LED Lighting XC9401 Series
TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR LTD has developed an off-line controllers for LED Lighting, the XC9401 series. The XC9401 series are off-line controllers for LED lighting. Operation within the range 85VAC - 270VAC and by DC input is possible by optimizing external components. Using selected components to match the circuit configuration, a wide variety of specifications can be realized.
2.2A Maximum Output Current, 18V Driver Transistor Built-In Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter XC9248 Series
TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR has developed a 2.2A Maximum output current, 18V Driver Transistor Built-In Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter, the XC9248 series. The XC9248 series are bootstrap-type Nch-Nch drive step-down synchronous DC/DC converters with an internal driver Tr that is capable of 18V operation.
Torex Introduce The XC6504 Series Tiny LDO Voltage Regulator
The new XC6504 series from Torex operates within a voltage range of 1.4V ~ 6.0V and at an ultra-low supply current of only 0.6 microA! Output voltage is selectable between 1.1V ~ 5.0V in 100mV increments with an output current of up to 150mA possible. The XC6504 consist of a reference voltage supply, error amplifier, driver transistor, over-current protection circuit, phase compensation circuit, and other internal components.
Torex Unveil 1.2MHz 16V Step-Down DC-DC Converter
Torex Semiconductor have today announced the introduction of two new series of DC-DC converters. The XC9246/XC9247 series is a non-synchronous step-down DC-DC Converter with internal LDMOS N-ch driver. It incorporates an integral bootstrap step-up circuit and the Lx and gate of the N-ch driver operate in phase to reduce high-frequency noise normally associated with older P-ch models.
Torex unveils XC6423 dual channel CMOS LDO Regulators
The XC6423 is the latest generation of dual channel CMOS LDO Regulators from Torex Semiconductor. Comprising two independent LDO circuits, each able to deliver 300mA, the XC6423 offers designers maximum functionality in the smallest possible space.
New Synchronous Step-up DC/DC Converter from Torex
Torex have today announced the release of the XC9140 series of synchronous step-up DC/DC converters. Integrating a 0.6 Ohm N-ch driver transistor and a 0.8 Ohm synchronous P-ch switching transistor the XC9140 offers high levels of efficiency and superior performance for demanding battery powered applications.
Getting The Most Out Of Your DC/DC Converter
Many engineering students go through their degree courses receiving little clear advice about how to get the most out of their switching regulator designs. Torex Semiconductor has compiled a DC/DC Converters Study Guide, which will certainly help take the black art out of power circuit design.
1A, Ultra Low Dropout Voltage Regulators From Torex
Available in the tiny USP-6C package (1.8 x 2.0 x 0.6mm), as well as in standard SOT-25 and SOT-89-5 versions, the XC6220 Series of voltage regulators from Torex Semiconductor offer exceptionally low dropout voltage – typically 20mV with a 100mA load. These high current, ultra-low dropout voltage regulators provide a highly stable, low noise supply that meets the demands of battery-driven circuits such as those found in disk drives, digital and...
High performance LDOs in 0.4mm ultra low profile packaging
Torex Semiconductor’s XC6415 Series independently-controlled, dual output and XC6221 Series single output LDO voltage regulators are now available in the newly-developed USPN packaging to achieve higher density mounting. The height of the packages is just 0.4mm, making them one of the world’s lowest profile plastic mould package types with almost the same dimensions as Chip Scale Packages (CSPs). These extremely dense power devices are ideall...
