Vishay’s VLMx234 power MiniLEDs in ultra-compact 2.3 x 1.3 x 1.4mm SMD packages are now available at Rutronik. Utilising the AllnGaP technology, the VLMx234 series provides exceptional brightness with a typical luminous intensity of 3500mcd and maximum luminous intensity of 4900mcd at 70mA, while delivering improved thermal performance compared to previous-generation LEDs.

Featuring a long useful life, high ripple current to 2.80A at +105 °C, and maximum ESR down to 150 mΩ at 100Hz, these capacitor are designed for solar PV inverters, industrial motor controls, and power supplies.

Buck regulator offers switching frequencies to 4 MHz
Offering high programmable switching frequencies to 4 MHz, the Siliconix SiP12108 signals an expansion of the exisiting microBUCK family of integrated synchronous buck regulators from Vishay. Providing designers with a complete high-current solution in only 180 mm², the regulator features high- and low-side power MOSFETs in a space-saving 3 mm by 3 mm QFN-16 package.

A new series of stainless steel braking/crowbar resistors have been announced by Vishay.
