Priced from £13.39 with price breaks for higher volumes the capacitors have the industry’s highest energy density (13 Ws/g) as well as polarised storage capacitor with high capacitance (up to 90 degrees F).
Surface mount chip capacitors feature ultra-low ESR

Targeting automotive, industrial and military applications,Vishay has released an AEC-Q200-qualified, 25W thick film power resistor in a compact surface-mount TO-252 style (DPAK) package. Savingspace compared with previous solutions, theVishay SferniceDTO25provides power dissipation of at least 3W on the PCB, and a wide range of resistance values.
Improve LED brightness in battery-powered devices
Current sensing resistors, designed to improve LED brightness and efficiency in portable battery-powered applications, have been introduced by Vishay Precision Group. The LED1625 and LED221, which expand the company’s Vishay Foil Resistors, provide low TCR of 0.05ppm/°C nominal (0 to +60°C) and 0.2ppm/°C nominal (-55 to +125°C,+25°C ref.), load-life stability of ±0.005% and tight tolerances to ±0.01%.
RGBW colour sensor integrates signal processing IC
Providing ambient light spectral sensitivity with responses close to that of the human eye, a digital RGBW sensor has been introduced by Vishay Intertechnology. The VEML6040 incorporates photo-pin-diodes (RGBW) and a signal processing IC while offering an I²C bus interface for simple operation. The device senses red, green, blue and white light with 16-bit resolution for each colour channel.

AEC-Q101-qualified 100-600V standard rectifiers, which combine ESD capability with a wide range of current ratings from 10 to 20A , have been released by Vishay Intertechnology. Offered in an SMPD (TO-263AC) package, which features a 1.7mm profile and is footprint-compatible with the D²PAK, the SE10DxHM3/1, SE12DxHM3/1 and SE20DxHM3/1 are suitable for space-constrained applications.
Resistors' failure rate suits critical space applications
Enhancing its E/H series of precision MIL-PRF-55342-qualified thin film surface-mount resistor chips, Vishay has introduced a device offering a 'T' level failure rate for critical space applications.
