These high-reliability Vishay Vitramon devices are manufactured in Vishay's MIL-STD-790-certified (Cage Code SHV71) facility and are available with BP and BX dielectrics in seven body sizes ranging from 0805 to 2225 and with capacitance as low as 1.0pF.
