Wingtech Technology – a Chinese computer and telecom equipment manufacturer – has officially obtained a controlling stake in the company from Beijing Jianguang Asset Management (JAC Capital). The deal enables Nexperia to pursue a goal of increasing its business in China according to CEO Frans Scheper.
