TDK Corporation extends its portfolio of MHQ-P high Q multilayer inductors with the miniature MHQ0603P in case size IEC 0603. Measuring just 0.65 mm x 0.35 mm x 0.35 mm, the new inductor features the highest Q factor for any multilayer inductor of its size* and is suitable for RF applications such as smartphones, tablet PCs and other mobile devices. Mass production began in July 2013.

TDK announce the release of the new 2013 edition of the EPCOS Data Book Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors, which covers many product innovations in addition to the proven range. They include the B43541* and B43544* snap-in series, which are distinguished by their higher rated voltages of 600 V DC (85 °C) and 550 V DC (105 °C), respectively.
TDK unveil the B43640 and B43644 aluminum electrolytic capacitors
TDK Corporation announce two series of EPCOS aluminum electrolytic capacitors in extremely compact snap-in designs. The dimensions of the new B43640* and B43644* series are 22 x 25 mm to 35 x 55 mm, depending on the type. Thus, both series are significantly more compact than previous series for identical rated voltage and capacitance values. Moreover, both series feature very high ripple current capability.
TDK-Lambda convection cooled 250W power supply eliminates audible noise
TDK-Lambda have today introduced a new series of low profile, AC-DC power supplies. The CUS250LD Series single-output supplies provide 250W of output power with convection cooling. Since it requires no fans, this design eliminates the need for fan maintenance, and reduces acoustic noise and vibrations. The new power supplies feature a low profile of only 30mm and a compact footprint of 198 x 101.6mm.

TDK-Lambda announce the EVA2400 2.4kW, 2U industrial programmable power supplies, which operate in either constant current or constant voltage modes and accept a 170-265Vac single phase input. The package size of 250 x 86 x 445mm, weight of under 7.5kg and internal cooling fans mean that the EVA2400 offers flexibility for mounting orientation and location within an OEM system.

TDK has announced the new MLP1005M1R0D multilayer power inductor in case size IEC 1005. The new MLP series component measures just 1.0 mm x 0.5 mm x 0.7 mm, and therefore is the world's smallest multilayer power inductor. The footprint and the volume of the new inductor are about 60 percent smaller than existing products in the market.
Low Output Voltage Models extend reach of GWS500 Series
TDK Corporation announces the extension of the TDK-Lambda GWS500 series power supplies with the addition of two low output voltage models. Combining the same high efficiency, high power density and low standby power characteristics as other models within the GWS500 series, the 5V and 7.5V models are well-suited for fitting into 1U enclosures.
