Designed for the Bluetooth 4.0 LE specification, the SESUB-PAN-T2541 is a Bluetooth low energy module from TDK. Boasting a footprint of just 4.6 x 5.6 mm and slim insertion height of 1.0mm, the company claims that the device is the world's smallest Bluetooth Smart module in production.

Expanding the ZWS300BAF series of single output power supplies, TDK-Lambda have announced the addition of 12 and 15V models with active power factor correction (PFC). The world's smallest with compact dimensions of just 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 2.4 mm, TDK introduce the new ACT1210 series of common-mode chokes for both CAN and FlexRay bus systems. Operating over a wide temperature range from -55 °C to +150 °C, the ACT1210 series chokes are qualified to AEC-Q200, making them ideal for use under severe conditions such as those encountered in the engine compartment of a vehicle.

TDK has enhanced its portfolio of EPCOS SMT inductors in case size 2220 (EIA), with the introdcution of the new SIMID 2220-T (B82442T*) series. The new VLS-HBX series of compact metal power inductors has been announced by TDK. Featuring a high current capability and profile of just 1.0mm, the two new types have footprints of 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm and 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm respectively. Due to the use of a magnetic metal core material with a high saturation flux density, the power inductors offer rated currents of up to 6.0 A DC, depending on type.

TDK introduce a new series of multilayer varistors in the CeraDiode family. In an LGA package measuring just 0.47 mm x 0.47 mm x 0.1 mm, this family includes the most compact, flattest and most rugged varistor for the ESD protection of mobile equipment.
