Fairchild Semiconductor today revised guidance for the third quarter of 2011. Fairchild now expects sales to be $400 to $410 million compared to previous guidance of $433 to $446 million. Adjusted gross margin is expected to be in the range of 36.0 percent to 36.5 percent, down from the previous guidance of 36.5 percent to 36.9 percent.
