Available now, customers can source Microsemi's highest quality and reliability FPGAs by referencing only the DLA standard military drawing part numbers. Its Class V devices reflect the same price points as Microsemi's EV devices.

Vishay have expanded its offering of TMBS Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers with nine new 170 V devices in power TO-220AB, TO-263AB, and TO-3PW packages.
