Pickering Interfaces Adds to Range of Fault Insertion PXI Modules
Pickering Interfaces is expanding its range of over 20 PXI Fault Insertion solutions with the introduction of the 40-199. Fault Insertion (FI) modules are used within an Automatic Test System to simulate common fault conditions such as an open, short to ground or a short to other connections in a device under test.
Geotest and Pickering Interfaces Announce Strategic Alliance
In an effort to enhance customer's choices and options when designing PXI systems, Geotest- Marvin Test Systems, a global producer of PXI and PC-Based test equipment and test solutions, and Pickering Interfaces, a global market innovator in signal switching and conditioning, announced today that they are embarking on a Strategic Alliance program.
Pickering Interfaces Introduces new 6U PXI Switch Matrices
Pickering Interfaces is expanding its range of 6U PXI matrices with the introduction of the 45-541 and 45-542 high density matrices. The 45-541 is a reed relay matrix occupying one slot of a 6U PXI chassis which provides a 132x8 matrix that supports 0.5A switching and up to 10W hot switch capacity. User connections are provided through easy to use 50 way D Type connectors.

All-electric tube bending now available for tube diameters of 7 inches/175 mm
A new class of tube bending applications is made possible by the launch of all-electric benders for handling tubing diameters of up to 175 mm (7 inches), from the machine innovator Unison. The company's newly-extended all-electric tube bending machinery range brings the enormous process flexibility and business advantages of software-controlled set-up and bending to a large range of heavy-duty applications. Machines from the Unison Breeze family ...
Advanced Tube Bender Will Boost Flexibility Of Performance Exhaust Manufacturing
An all-electric tube bending machine from Unison has been ordered by Philadelphia-based Fabspeed Motorsports, to enhance the manufacturing flexibility of advanced exhaust systems for performance cars. The machine will allow Fabspeed to bring a lot of its tube bending processes in-house. This will provide numerous benefits including reducing the cost of building an exhaust, shortening lead times, and extending the flexibility of the company's cust...
Unison supports world motorcycle land speed record attempt
Unison is helping the Angelic Bulldog Project – an attempt on the world motorcycle land speed record – by creating the roll cage for the streamliner bike. Unison's work included the manufacture of custom tooling to accommodate the unique shape of the bike, together with the bending of various tube sections on a precision all-electric bending machine.
