Strength in embedded solutions design, creation and integration with real-life solutions is the message Avnet Integrated will be imparting at embedded world 2020 in Nuremberg (February 25-27).

Avnet Silica’s stand at embedded world in Nuremberg (February 25-27) will feature demos focused around two areas: the first zone concentrates on artificial intelligence(AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and applications; and a second more-wide-ranging zone covers a suite of important technology areas including connectivity, sensing, security, power, memory and software and services.

Following a string of other companies withdrawing from embedded world 2020 amid COVID-19 fears, Mouser, Arrow and Digi-Key have all announced the cancellation of their exhibits at the show. Other companies to have cancelled include: STMicroelectronics, Cypress Semiconductor, NXP, Renesas, Microchip, Arm, Silicon Labs, On Semiconductor, Swissbit, Xilinx, and ROHM Semiconductor.

A wide range of solutions for intelligent Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial IoT (IIoT) devices and systems will be exhibited by Farnell at embedded world 2020 in Nuremberg (February 25-27). Taking centre stage at the exhibition will be Farnell’s investment in next-generation technologies for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, connectivity, sensing and power management.

Engineers are being encouraged to get build a better future with IoT by Avnet design community element14, Cypress Semiconductor and Amazon Web Services. The companies have teamed up to launch The “Connected Cloud” design challenge which aims to foster the community’s creativity by applying innovative IoT solutions to anything in their world that needs improving.
