$8.4m awarded for autonomous cyber hardening technology
Developer of commercial embedded software assurance tools and cyber security solutions, GrammaTech, announced that it has been awarded an $8.4m four year contract from Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), to develop technology that generates and deploys secure configurations to commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment rapidly and largely autonomously.
AEC-qualified FETs exploit GaN technology for autonomous vehicles
The EPC2206, and EPC2212 eGaN FETs by Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) are both discrete transistors in wafer level chip-scale packaging (WLCS) with 80 and 100V DS ratings respectively. They have received AEC Q101-qualification and will be joined by more discrete transistors and ICs designed for the harsh automotive environment, says the company.

This week at the 2019 International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC2019), imec will be announcing its radar transceiver designed as an efficient, low cost solution for presence detection in smart building solutions.
