Clock Buffers Achieve 75-fs and 100-fs Jitter Performance and 9-ps Skew
Analog Devices has announced 6- and 12-channel, compact clock buffers for high-speed applications requiring low jitter. ADI’s 12-channel ADCLK954 LVPECL and ADCLK854 LVDS/CMOS and 6-channel ADCLK946 LVPECL and ADCLK846 LVDS clock fanout buffers provide up to four times as many clock channels on a single chip, with better combined jitter and skew performances than competing devices in their category. Jitter is as low as 75 fs (femto seconds)...
Analog Devices’ Amplifier Meets Demanding Performance Criteria for Best-in-Class, High-Speed Data Converters
Analog Devices today introduced a differential RF/IF (radio frequency/intermediate frequency) amplifier for driving high-speed 12-bit to 18-bit A/D converters. The ADL5565 differential amplifier features 3-dB bandwidth of 5 GHz and achieves unprecedented distortion, noise and IP3/IP2 performance out to 300 MHz.
Instrumentation Amplifier Combines Precision, Power Efficiency and Value for Battery- powered Medical, Instrumentation and Consumer Devices
Providing a unique combination of precision, low power and value, Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) introduced today the AD8420 micropower, wide-supply-range instrumentation amplifier - the newest addition to its award-winning instrumentation amplifier product line. The AD8420 features a high CMRR (common-mode rejection ratio) of 100 dB while consuming 75 uA of power, which provides designers with improved signal quality and longer battery life compared...
New Ohmite heatsinks designed for higher power densities
Designed for applications requiring high power densities and where forced air cooling is present, Ohmite has released a larger version of their MV/MA 102 heatsink which, due to longer and more efficient fin extrusions, give nearly twice the thermal performance. The new device has a surface area of 49,218²mm and a thermal resistance of 3.6°c/w.
New Ohmite Chip Resistor can handle 3000V
Available with voltage ratings up to 3kV and resistance values from 100k up to 100Gohms, the new Ohmite HVC Series of wrap around terminal chip resistors have a standard TCR of 100ppm and standard tolerances of 5%, although tolerances as low as 0.50% can be achieved. Voltage coefficients range from as low as 10 and up to 100 depending on resistance value.
5W surface mount resistor from Ohmite
A 5 watt version of its already popular FCSL metal foil current sense resistor range has been launched by Ohmite. The use of foil construction gives the FCSL the effective combination of very low and stable TCRs. It is available in a wide selection of very low ohmic values.
SURFACE MOUNT RESISTORS FROM OHMITE HAVE
Bringing precision high voltage capabilities to the benefits of surface mount, Ohmite's new MacroChip resistors have a non-inductive design combined with a low voltage coefficient.
Non-inductive thick film power resistor
Ideally suited for high frequency and pulse load applications Ohmite’s new TGH Series non-inductive thick film power resistor is available in 120 or 200 Watt, 2 or 4 terminal versions.
SMT high voltage chip resistors offer high voltage capability
The new HVC series high voltage chip resistors from Ohmite offer high voltage capability in a surface mount package. Meeting MIL-STD-202 specification, the HVC series uses the latest thick film technology to meet voltage applications of up to 3kV.
CNC SPOT WELDING MAINTAINS CONSISTENCY
The new WH/WN/WL series miniature moulded axial leaded wirewound resistors from Ohmite uses the high purity (96% Alumina) ceramic cores with wire winding which are spot welded by CNC machine tools to ensure total operational consistency throughout.
