LT6350 - Rail-to-Rail Single-Ended to Differential Amplifier
Linear Technology introduces the LT6350, a 33MHz, low noise, rail-to-rail input and output ADC driver that settles to 16-bits in just 350ns. It is suitable for driving the latest highest performance SAR ADCs such as the LTC2393-16. The LT6350 incorporates two op amps and matched resistors to create a differential output from a single-ended high impedance input.
Octal 14-Bit, 125Msps µModule ADCs Achieve High AC Performance with only 140mW per Channel
Linear Technology announced a family of low power 14-bit, 80Msps, 105Msps and 125Msps octal µModule ADCs that provide excellent AC performance and low power in a small form factor. The LTM9011-14 is an octal 14-bit, 125Msps ADC with 73.1dB signal to noise ratio (SNR) and 88dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) at baseband. Power dissipation is only 140mW per channel.
LT3582 - Boost & Inverting DC/DC Converter for Active Matrix OLED & CCD Bias
Linear Technology has announced the LT3582, LT3582-5 and LT3582-12 dual channel DC/DC converters which deliver both positive and negative outputs required in many biasing applications such as active matrix OLED (organic light-emitting diode) displays as well as CCD (charge coupled device) applications. The LT3582/-5/-12 offer an I2C interface that can dynamically program output voltages, power sequencing and output voltage ramps as the applicatio...
Ultralow Power 15mA Synchronous Low Noise Step-Down Switching Regulator
Linear Technology has announced the LTC3620, a high efficiency, synchronous buck regulator which can deliver up to 15mA from a very small footprint for single Li-Ion-powered applications. The internal synchronous switches deliver efficiencies as high as 95% while Burst Mode® operation requires only 18uA of quiescent current, maximizing battery run time. The LTC3620 can take a 2.9V-5.5V input, and is adjustable to outputs as low as the 0.6V, wher...
Dual ADC Drivers from Linear Technology
Linear Technology has announced what it says is the LTC6420-20 and LTC6421-20, the industry’s first high-speed dual differential ADC drivers with guaranteed gain matching, and exceptional noise and distortion performance. With guaranteed matched gain of ±0.25dB and matched phase of ±0.1° (typ), the LTC6420-20 reduces errors in multichannel systems such as IQ demodulation or diversity receivers. Channel separation is 80dB at 100MHz.
DAC Family Features Precision DC & 1us Settling Time
Linear Technology has introduced a complete family of low-power, precision 16-/14-/12-bit unbuffered voltage output digital-to-analog converters. Both the unipolar LTC2641 and bipolar LTC2642 draw only 120uA of supply current while settling to within 0.5LSB for a full-scale step in only 1us. These voltage output DACs feature a 0.5nV•s glitch impulse, which is key for AC applications such as waveform generation. Low glitch reduces the transient ...
Dual full-bridge PWM motor driver IC
The new A3969 from Allegro MicroSystems Europe is a compact dual full-bridge pulse-width modulated (PWM) motor driver integrated circuit which is ideally suited to applications in portable equipment or where board space is limited.
National Semiconductor Introduces Industry’s First 2A, Single Inductor, RGB LED Driver for Portable Projectors
National Semiconductor introduced the industry’s first 2A red, green and blue (RGB) LED driver for portable projectors that drives three common anode RGB high-brightness LEDs sequentially with a single inductor. The highly-integrated LM3435 includes an I2C control interface for LED current control.
Dual Voltage Supervisor Module In SOT-25 from TOREX
Combining the XC6108 with the XC6109 voltage supervisor in one small SOT-25 package, the XCM410 Series is the newest multi-chip module from Torex Semiconductor and features an ultra-low power consumption of only 1.7µA. The supervisor IC is ideal for those applications that need to monitor more than one voltage rail with a high degree of accuracy, such as microprocessor re-set circuits, memory battery back-up switch circuits and power failure det...
