Teledyne Coax Switches introduces its Series CCR-38 Coax Switch. The CCR-38 is a broadband multi-throw, electromechanical coaxial switch designed to switch a microwave signal from a common input to any of 10 outputs. The CCR-38 Normally Open Switch covers frequencies from DC to 12GHz and is available with 12, 15, 24 and 28 coil voltages.

Computer Simulation Technology has revealed that Kymeta used the CST STUDIO SUITE electromagnetic (EM) simulation tool to design a range of lightweight portable antennas for mobile satellite communications. By integrating virtual prototyping into the design process, Kymeta was able to gain insight into the functioning of the antenna, minimise the number of real prototypes required and reduce costs.
