Metcal to speak at best practices workshop
Metcal has revealed that Ed Zamborsky, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, is set to speak at the Best Practices Workshop presented by Stanley Supply & Services and RESTronics. Scheduled for 9th October in Duluth, Georgia, the workshop will explore component placement, chemical and testing applications, BGA solder / rework, cleaning, advanced debug, troubleshooting and jitter basics.

Vishay Intertechnology has announced that the MC AT professional series automotive thin film chip resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified over resistances from 1Ω to 1MΩ. Operating over a temperature range from -55 to +175°C, the resistors are designed to deliver stability under harsh environmental conditions in automotive and industrial applications, rated for 1,000 hours at 175°C.
