Vishay Intertechnology,Inc. has released three new dual single pole double throw (SPDT) and dual double pole double throw (DPDT) CMOS low-voltage analog switches. The devices combine low-voltage operation and low on-resistance in small miniQFN packages for audio, SIM card, and multi-purpose signal switching in space-constrained portable end products.
