Hamamatsu Photonics has introduced the C10990 series of OEM CCD board level cameras. The new series feature high sensitivity and high resolution and include the latest 1.3 million pixel 2/3 inch progressive scan interline front illuminated CCD, circuitry and lens mount all on one board.
OEM 2.8 MPixel Scientific CMOS Board Level Camera
Hamamatsu introduces the new C11440-50B board level camera for OEM scientific and industrial customers. It has a unique scientific CMOS sensor and is designed to deliver high performance and cost-effective imaging in a small, board-level format.
Hamamatsu Photonics Back-thinned CCD with Electronic Shutter Function
Hamamatsu Photonics introduce a new design of back-thinned linear CCD image sensor. The S11155-2048 and S11156-2048 utilise a resistive gate structure, with “on chip” electronic shutter function, offering high speed readout with low image lag. With their back-thinned structure these CCDs offer a high sensitivity (> 80 % quantum efficiency) from the UV to the NIR region of the spectrum.
Hamamatsu Photonics Long Wavelength Type NIR Mini-Spectrometer
Hamamatsu Photonics just introduced the newest member of its TG series of mini-spectrometers, the C11118GA. The new TG NIR spectrometer module expands on the existing Hamamatsu range and adopts a high sensitivity, low noise InGaAs image sensor, specially selected to match the optical arrangement. The C11118GA is optimised for NIR operation and works in the 0.9 µm to 2.55 µm waveband. This new module provides higher sensitivity and the furthest ...
Hamamatsu Photonics High Power Super Luminescent Diode
Hamamatsu Photonics introduce a new series of super luminescent diodes, the L11341 series, to their existing range of high performance diodes. The L11341 series features a very high radiant flux of 30mW at a peak wavelength of 1050nm, which is long for an SLD and unique among Hamamatsu’s range.
Hamamatsu Introduces the New ORCA-Flash2.8 Scientific CMOS Camera and ORCA-D2 Dual CCD Camera
Hamamatsu Photonics is at Microscience 2010 exhibition (29th June – 1st July, ExCeL Centre, London) and offer a live demonstration of both the new and innovative ORCA-Flash2.8, our first high-sensitivity digital camera based on a next-generation Scientific CMOS image sensor and the ORCA-D2, a ground-breaking dual CCD camera which enables simultaneous dual-wavelength imaging that features two CCD devices and interchangeable optical blocks.
