Altus sees increased interest in second user equipment
The requirement for second user equipment in the electronics industries is seeing an increase according to Altus Group who have seen a marked interest in this division. Although sales in new capital equipment is on the rise in both the UK and Ireland and is the core market for Altus, the availability of good quality refurbished equipment continues to interest customers.

High efficiency modular surface mounter on show
At the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics exhibition, which takes place from 10th to 12th February in Farnborough, Altus Group will be exhibiting alongside Yamaha. Attendees can visit Altus at stand G27-28, where there will be experts on hand to demonstrate Yamaha’s high efficiency modular surface mounter, the Z: LEX YSM20, as well as Koh Young’s Zenith LiTE 3D AOI and YJ Link Laser Marker.
