The new CAT705, CAT706 and CAT813 voltage supervisors give designers industry-standard performance for monitoring the power supply (Vcc) status of a microprocessor, microcontroller, ASIC or other system processor. The CAT706 has a threshold voltage of 4.40V and the CAT705 and CAT813 have a threshold voltage of 4.65V.
