Vishay Intertechnology Introduces New AEC-Q200-Qualified, Dual-in-Line Thin Film Resistor Networks in 14- or 16-Pin SOIC Packages
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc today introduced a new series of AEC-Q200-qualified, dual-in-line thin film resistor networks. The NOMCA series features low absolute TCR of ± 25 ppm/°C, TCR tracking of 5 ppm/°C, tight ratio tolerances to ± 0.05 %, and excellent long-term ratio stability of 0.05 % after 1,000 hours at + 125 °C. For improved ESD and moisture protection, the resistor networks are constructed with self-passivati...
Opto Diode Announces Super High-Power IR Emitters
Opto Diode announces the first in a new series of super high-power gallium aluminum arsenide (GaAlAs) infrared (IR) emitters, the OD-110L. The new device features ultra high optical output with a very narrow optical beam, making it ideal for night vision (NV) and other military imaging applications.
The Problem of Obsolete Bearings
Robin Kyte, Sales Manager at The Barden Corporation (UK) Ltd, explains why bearing obsolescence is so important when it comes to safety-critical applications such as aircraft systems and nuclear power plant applications.
Teseq’s New Power Amplifier Delivers Reliability and Consistency
Teseq has expanded its broadband amplifier line to include a new Class A model that operates from 10 kHz to 400 MHz with a saturated power level of 110 W. The CBA 400M-110 uses gallium arsenide (GaAs) integrated circuit technology to provide markedly better compression characteristics and increased efficiency than comparable silicon-based power amplifiers.
