EEG sensors are widely used in sleep clinics and hospitals and it is regarded as the way to accurately monitor sleep. Working by detecting the tiny voltages produced by our brains they are normally large and unpractical. Kokoon has developed its own miniaturised dry EEG sensors which require no set up and discreetly sit within the headphones. By applying the power of modern smartphone technology our algorithms are able to give clinical levels of insight into sleep and relaxation.

Kokoon adjusts audio volume and equalisation as users fall asleep so that it doesn’t disturb them once asleep. Also, it adapts audio to block out external noises and disturbances which may compromise deep sleep. The app helps users understand what audio techniques work to get them to sleep so that they can sleep better the next time.

The Bluetooth 4.0 wireless headphones have an air flow system with cool gel cushioning for comfort. They also have washable covers and are made from 4000 count Eyptian Cotton with oragnic leather outer covering.
