RF switches can hot switch up to +26 dBm
JFW Industries has added a new line of 50 Ohm solid-state RF switches that operate 20MHz to 8GHz.
These commercially rated models are ideal for constructing low cost RF testbeds for automated testing.
The switches are controlled with TTL control lines.
They can hot switch up to +26dBm with typical isolation of 55dB at 8GHz.
RF Switch Features include:
- 20-8000MHz
- 55dB isolation typical at 8GHz
- +26dBm average (hot switch)
- TTL control lines
- 5 microsecond typical switching time
- SMA female
Customers preferring an Ethernet controlled switch assembly, can email their RFQ to the JFW engineering department.
They will need to know how many switches you need and the enclosure type (benchtop or rack mount). If your testbed has multiple switches cabled together, email your block diagram. JFW typically responds in 1-2 days with ROM pricing.
