OpenATE Announces Flower Series Products to Provide IC Testing New Solutions
OpenATE today released 2 new products: PEony-12 and Orchid-16. They work with National Instruments PXI 3U FlexRIO FPGA Module to offer the highest performance on the 3U PXI platform for semiconductor device testing. LabVIEW* 2009 VI functional driver is supplied for programming the flower series instruments.
PEonPEony-12 works with National Instruments PXI-3U FlexRIO* FPGA Module to provide 12 digital I/O channels with per-pin PMU. As an example, a typical 8-slot PXI chassis which accommodates 7 pieces of FlexRIO can drive a total of 84 independent digital pins.
Orchid-16 offers the most performance and features on the 3U PXI platform for semiconductor device DC measurements. Its per-pin architecture makes it ideal for parallel DC parametric testing.
Orchid-16 has 4 quadrant capability with support for 3 different voltage ranges (±11.25V, 0V to +22.5V, and −16.25V to +6.25V) and 5 programmable current ranges from ±5μA to ±80mA. Each of the 16 channels can independently FV/MV, FV/MI, FI/MI, FI/MV, MV, MI or high-Z.
Orchid-16 works with National Instruments PXI-3U FlexRIO FPGA Module to provide 16 PPMU channels. Two Orchid-16 cards can share 1 single FlexRIO to provide 32 independent PPMU channels. More information about PEony-12 and Orchid-16 can be found at www.openate.com.
