Murata Power Solutions extends Datel AC power meter range with industry's first digital low-power panel meters for testing AC-powered products
Expanding its Datel offering of digital panel meters, Murata Power Solutions has introduced two new models into its ACM20 series of four-function AC power meters. The ACM20-2-AC1-R-C and ACM20-2-AC1-R-F-C are the industry's first digital AC power panel meters with measurement resolution of 0.001A and 0.1W. Their increased resolution makes them ideal for test and instrumentation applications, in particular, for testing a variety of low-current AC-powered products.
The The two additions to the ACM20 series of power meters feature input range of 0-10A (with 0.001A resolution, 999.9 watts max.). As well as voltage, amperage and active power, the ACM20-2-AC1-R-C features power factor measurement functionality, while the ACM20-2-AC1-R-F-C features frequency measurement functionality. Other members of the series are available with input range 0-32A (with 0.01A resolution, 9999 watts max.) or 0-100A (0.1A resolution, 26.4kW max.). An 85-264Vac (47-63Hz) operating supply range makes these power meters perfect for worldwide test and instrumentation applications. All ACM20 multi-function power meters include built-in current transformers - no other user-supplied components are required.
Their large (9.2mm), bright red LED display makes ACM20 AC power meters easily readable from as far as 5 metres. All units are packaged in a one-piece, vibration resistant, polycarbonate housing that can be installed in vertical '0U' and '1U' rack spaces.
