LASER COMPONENTS to offer PSD modules

These modules feature either one-dimensional PSDs, available in sizes ranging from 2.5mm to 20mm, or two-dimensional PSDs with edge lengths from 2x2mm² to 20x20mm², all integrated into a mount (PSD Holder MH01). The PSD mounts can be easily connected to the SEEPOS system via a DSUB9 connector, providing a complete "plug & play" solution for high-precision position measurement tasks.

The SEEPOS module serves as a signal processing system for both one and two-dimensional PSDs. It allows position measurements at a resolution of 16 bits and speeds of up to 1MHz, covering a broad power range from nW to mW, whether in DC applications or when using a modulated light source.

The included software enables users to configure and monitor various parameters, such as PSD bias voltage, amplification, and the use of analogue or digital filters. The software not only provides a graphical display of the beam spot on the detector in the XY direction but also tracks fluctuations in the X-t and Y-t axes. Additionally, it allows users to record and store measurement data for future analysis.
