TPS62913 17-VIN, 3-A low-noise and low-ripple buck converter with integrated ferrite bead filter compensation
The TPS6291x devices are a family of high-efficiency, low noise and low ripple current mode synchronous buck converters. The devices are ideal for noise sensitive applications that would normally use an LDO for post regulation such as high-speed ADCs, clock and jitter cleaner, serializer, de-serializer, and radar applications.
TPS22992 5.5-V, 6-A, 10-mΩ load switch with adjustable rise time and adjustable quick output discharge
The TPS22992x product family consists of two devices: TPS22992 and TPS22992S. Each device is a single-channel load switch with an 8.7-mΩ power MOSFET designed to maximize power density in applications up to 5.5 V and 6 A. A configurable rise time provides flexibility for power sequencing and minimizes inrush current for high capacitance loads.
7 ways semiconductors are accelerating the future of automotive technology
As the world drives toward vehicle electrification, semiconductors enable automakers to optimize performance, accelerate development and make electric vehicles (EVs) more affordable for more people
TPS61378-Q1 18.5-V output, 4.8-A synchronous boost converter with load disconnect18.5-V output, 4.8-A synchronous boost converter with load disconnect
The TPS61378-Q1 is a fully-integrated synchronous boost converter with an integrated load disconnect function. The input voltage covers 2.3 V to 14 V while the maximal output voltage covers up to 18.5 V. The switching current limit is programmable from 1 A to 4.8 A. The device consumes 25-µA quiescent current from VIN.
TPS54360B 60-V input, 3.5-A, step-down DC/DC converter with Eco-Mode
The TPS54360B is a 60-V, 3.5-A, step-down regulator with an integrated high side MOSFET. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. A low ripple pulse skip mode reduces the no-load supply current to 146 µA. Shutdown supply current is reduced to 2 µA when the enable pin is pulled low.
Functional Safety-Relevant Wireless Communication in Automotive Battery Management Systems
Battery manufacturers want to achieve the highest possible density of energy. This applies especially to electric or hybrid vehicles (EV/HEV) where achieving the maximum drive range attracts customers.
