Low-noise transformer driver for isolated power supplies
The SN6505x-Q1 is a low-noise, low-EMI push-pull transformer driver, specifically designed for small form factor, isolated power supplies. It drives low-profile, center-tapped transformers from a 2.25V to 5V DC power supply.
Compact bias supply for IGBT/SiC gate drivers
This reference design is a 4.2W, single-channel, automotive 12V battery input flyback bias supply for IGBT/SiC isolated gate drivers. The supply accepts a wide input range of 4.5 to 65V DC. The output is configurable as +15V, -8V or +20V, -4V at loads up to 180 mA for driving the IGBT/SiC MOSFET power modules.
Automotive camera design with MIPI CSI-2 interface
This camera module reference design addresses the need for small cameras in automotive systems by combining a 2-megapixel imager with a 4-Gbps serliazier. Additionally, it provides power and voltage supervision from a single Power Management IC (PMIC).
Automotive transformer driver with soft start
The SN6505x-Q1 is a low-noise, low-EMI push-pull transformer driver, specifically designed for small form factor, isolated power supplies. It drives low-profile, center-tapped transformers from a 2.25 V to 5V DC power supply.
Why choose a decentralised power architecture for your next automotive design?
Most automotive power delivery architectures are based on a centralized, multi-KW converter that feeds 12V around the vehicle to 12V loads. See how a decentralised 48V power architecture lowers weight and cost, improves efficiency and reduces emissions. To find out more, download the white paper!
Simplifying Test Interconnect with Pickering’s Online Cable Design Tool
The cable design for a test system is critical for repeatability and accuracy, it needs care and expertise, and many times a standard cable assembly just won't work. You may need custom connectors and wire types or specific harness wiring. Pickering's free Cable Design Tool is a simple and efficient way of creating these custom cabling solutions. More information can be found here.
How diagnostics help your ADAS design achieve higher levels of functional safety
As the automotive industry pushes toward more automated driving functions, the need for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with a higher Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) increases. Until recently, ADAS equipment was mostly used to improve visibility or warn drivers of potentially dangerous situations. But now, many new cars can prevent drivers from rear-ending stopped vehicles, unintentionally drifting outside lanes, and ...
