The webinar will discuss the benefit of using MIOTY compared to other LPWAN solutions. We will also present the wide range of applications that could benefit from MIOTY, including environmental sensors like temperature and air quality, and battery-powered flow meter sensors...
16V/3.6A fully-integrated synchronous boost converter
The TPS61372 is a full-integrated synchronous boost converter with the load disconnect built-in. The device supports output voltage up to 16V with a 3.8A current limit. The input voltage ranges from 2.5V to 5.5V supporting applications powered by a singlecell Lithium-ion battery or 5V bus.
Gate-drivers for power MOSFETs and IGBTs
The monolithic bridge driver ICs feature a high-side floating supply offset voltage of 600V and the logic inputs can be used at 3.3V and 5.0V. They make use of the Under-Voltage Lockout circuit for preventing malfunction when VCC and VBS are lower than the specified threshold voltage. These drivers operate within -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
