Steel head ultrasonic sensor features IP68/IP69K protection
A steel head ultrasonic sensor, designed for use in demanding medical, food processing applications, has been introduced by PIL. The device’s fully encapsulated stainless steel housing, which features gapless transitions, provides IP68/IP69K protection.
Impermeable to water vapour, moisture and dust, the P53 can withstand high pressure and steam jet cleaning. The sensor’s resistance to chemical cleaning agents is certified to Ecolab standards.
The device provides a standard analogue 0-10V/4-20mA output and two switching outputs. In addition to these fixed settings, the sensor can be programmed for various other custom settings.
