PV mounting system manufacturer Renusol Europe, based in Germany, has managed to bring in twice as much revenue in the first third of this year as it did in the same timeframe last year. From January to April of this year alone, the company distributed mounting solutions responsible for a total PV output of around 50MW.

Since its beginnings, the manufacturer has been responsible for the installation of over three gigawatts of power output in 48 countries worldwide. After its acquisition by the PARI Group in March 2017, the company succeeded in continuously expanding its business activities and consistently raising the number of contracts it receives. Revenue rose from March to December 2018 by 67% compared to the same timeframe in the previous year.

Alexander Kirsch, Managing Director at Renusol and Partner of the PARI Group, explained: “Our systems are simple to install, solidly manufactured and structurally sound. What’s more, we provide our customers with a motivated team and technically competent service.”

This also includes individualised solutions as well as solutions accommodated to specific regions and climates.

Renusol Product Manager Marko Balen, added: “Making contact with customers directly has already led to numerous region-specific products and certifications.”

For instance, while the MetaSole High mounting system is particularly suited for solar installations in hot regions, Renusol has also devised and acquired MCS 012 certification for a special roof hook for installations in the UK with especially thin rafters. Due to increasing demand on the African continent, Renusol is currently in the process of building a production plant in South Africa, which is set to be brought into operation within the next two months.

In addition to the MetaSole High mounting system (MS+H) and the new LC1 universal clamp, Renusol has also developed a number of other innovations, including the new PV Configurator 3.0 system for designing technically and economically optimised solar power installations. The new program ensures maximum transparency, taking into account the fact that each project report contains structural information on all the necessary components.

Renusol Europe will present its products at its exhibition booth at Intersolar Europe in Munich from 15th to 17th May and can be found at booth 180 D in hall B2.
