Algorithmiq has announced a venture to accelerate error mitigation techniques for near-term quantum devices.

Algorithmiq's innovative quantum software solutions, paired with NVIDIA-accelerated supercomputing, are aimed at dramatically speeding up the timeline for achieving practical quantum advantage. This offers the potential to overcome current limitations in quantum computing, paving the way for more stable, cost-efficient, and robust quantum systems.

Early tests demonstrate that NVIDIA-accelerated quantum platform can boost the performance of Algorithmiq’s Tensor Network Error Mitigation (TEM) by 300x compared to its original implementation, marking a substantial advancement in quantum error mitigation.

By leveraging NVIDIA accelerated computing capabilities, Algorithmiq seeks to enhance the performance and reliability of near-term quantum devices, bringing the industry closer to realizing quantum advantage across various sectors.

Sabrina Maniscalco, CEO and Co-Founder of Algorithmiq, said, "Algorithmiq is uniquely positioned to further the development of quantum computing applications across a vast number of industries. The substantial acceleration of our TEM solution with NVIDIA-accelerated supercomputing is a game-changer for quantum error mitigation. Working with NVIDIA creates a tremendous synergy that is poised to drive unprecedented advancements in quantum computing. We're not just pushing boundaries but redefining what's possible in the quantum realm."

“Quantum computing’s future hinges on its seamless integration with AI supercomputing,” said Elica (Elitsa) Kyoseva, Director of Quantum Algorithm Engineering at NVIDIA. “NVIDIA technologies, integrated with innovations such as Algorithmiq’s quantum software, are powering the research that’s bringing useful quantum applications closer to reality and showcasing the crucial role AI supercomputing will play in quantum computing.”

Algorithmiq’s integration of NVIDIA-accelerated supercomputing is expected to yield initial results by Q2 2025. The company plans to showcase its powerful applications of GPU-enabled quantum computing solutions at upcoming industry events. These advancements are anticipated to pave the way to applications across multiple industries, from finance and healthcare to materials science and cryptography.
