UltraVolt announced today that the E Series of precision high-voltage modules has moved into full production. As such, the prices of all units in this product line were reduced up to 10%. This move to production also includes the addition of the new optional SHV- and BNC-style connectors.
E Series modules offer a high-resolution programmable high-voltage DC output optimized for bias or power applications. This line of power supplies provides PPM-level performance with a temperature coefficient of ≤10ppm for the +10VDC reference, output voltage monitor, and HV output. Each model features 0 to +10V remote programming, 0 to +10V monitors for output voltage, and output current calibrated to <±0.01%. The E Series also offers PPM-level line regulation and load regulation and provides voltage and current regulation. All of these standard features are available in a device with a footprint less than 23in2.

The new SHV and BNC connector options support precision coaxial cable assemblies offering superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, which is important in precision instruments. The connectors are readily available and are inexpensive to moderate in cost.

“UltraVolt is excited to announce the full production release of the E Series line of precision high voltage power supply modules”, said James Morrison, CEO and Co-Founder. “Performance at this level is normally associated with a rack mount supply, so sourcing this technology and capability in a small module is of significant value to our customers - even more so with our price reduction! E Series modules provide our customers PPM level ripple and noise, regulation, and stability at a price and performance level not currently in the marketplace.
