TDK-Lambda adds four configurable AC-DC power supplies

Two new digitally controlled, single output, three slot modules that meet 4kVac reinforced isolation (for medical applications) are available – the 28C module has an adjustable output range of 27 to 32 Vdc and the 24CM module, which also achieves 500 Vac output to earth isolation, offers 24 to 26.4Vdc. Both modules are rated at 450W continuous with 600W peaks for 10 seconds.

Accommodating lower voltages and fitting into just two slots, the 7B module covers the 7 to 9Vdc range at up to 180W and delivers currents up to 22.5A. The dual output 6/6DB module, which also takes up two slots, provides adjustable output voltages of 5.5 to 6.5Vdc at up to 25A on ‘output 1’ and 3.3 to 6Vdc at up to 10A on ‘output 2’ (up to 195W total). In addition, each module features output good and inhibit signals.

With the extended range of NV-Power modules and options now available, more output voltage and current combinations can be accommodated. This tool checks their chosen configuration and offers the optimum solution with fully approved samples available on short lead times. Cooling is a choice of customer air or low noise temperature controlled fans. Additionally, the NV350 is available with reverse air cooling. Low profile output connectors allow maximum airflow for optimised cooling efficiency. All outputs are fully isolated and no minimum load is required.
