The A200RWT family is packaged in a miniature, DIP case. The pin-out is industry standard. Each model is specified for operation over the ultra-wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Cooling is by free-air convection.

The A200RWT series is an ideal solution for a variety of power applications requiring 2W of output power, a wide input voltage range, miniature package size and robust operation over a very wide temperature range.
