Martek Power’s new dc/dc converter is designed as a single unit solution for most rolling stock dc power applications, enabling the same supply to be no matter what input voltage is demanded by the specific application.
CCR050 dc/dc converters accept a very wide nominal input range of 24~110Vdc, delivering up to 50W output. Nominal output is 24Vdc and versions with alternative output voltages can also be supplied. Efficiency is said to be better than 85% at 72V input.
Designed for EN50155 railway application compliance, these supplies also meet EN 50121-3-2, EN55011 and EN 61373. Key features include reverse input voltage protection, over voltage protection, permanent short circuit protection and inrush current limitation. Operating temperature range is –40~+70ºC without derating.
CCR050 converters feature faston terminals for input and output connections and are available open frame or housed in a simple metal enclosure. The open frame version measures up at 105 x 100 x 35.5mm.
