Power supply meets controller unit requirements
To meet the requirements of controller units, a chrome DIN rail power supply from Delta Electronics is now offered with a 5V output. The DRC-5V10W1AZ is suitable for small controller cabinets with 7.5W outputs. Measuring 55.6mm thick and 91mm tall, the power supply requires little installation space.
The DRC-5V10W1AZ features a low leakage current, making it suitable for home automations and the food and beverage industry. Operating up to 55°C, the DRC-5V10W1AZ power supply provides power which does not de-rate for the entire input voltage range. The power supply is a Class II, double isolated appliance and, therefore, does not require a safety connection to electrical earth.
With an efficiency of 77% at 115VAC, the DRC-5V10W1AZ features overvoltage, overcurrent and over temperature protection. The power supply, which is NEC Class 2/LPS certified, is available now.
