The The IPI Three-Phase Transformers are designed for heavy duty instrumentation and controls developed for rugged industrial processes and manufacturing environments. Their flexible, scalable design supports a wide range of cost-effective applications requiring superior electrical performance, high reliability, long-life and a low lifecycle cost. Special and custom design configurations are available from the IPI Design Center.
Suitable for applications from 0.1 to 50 kVA, the IPI Three-Phase Transformer Series is manufactured with precision coil winding technology in an economical open-frame package or sealed package. Depending on the model selected and voltage required, package sizes range from as small as 1.0 in. (25.4 mm) square to as large as 4.0 ft. (1.2192 m) square. Lead terminal finish is RoHS compliant, solder meets J-STD-020D and safety is per UL E332078. Additional certifications are available upon request to a broad array of government, industry and international safety, performance, quality and material standards.
The IPI Three-Phase Transformers are manufactured according to strict standards in IPI’s cellular manufacturing facility, which meets ISO 9001-2008. IPI provides strict quality control procedures and testing to ensure performance and life.
The IPI Three-Phase Transformers withstand high temperature soldering and operating temperature environments from –40ºC to +240ºC. IPI Three-Phase Transformers come standard in tube packaging for auto insertion equipment, as well as other packaging options upon request
