The UTC military-grade MIL-PRF-49470 SMPS Series capacitors are primarily used in input/output filters of high-power and high-voltage power supplies as well as in bus filters and DC snubbers for high power inverters and other high-current applications.
These Hi-Rel SMPS are manufactured in accordance with MIL PRF 49470, preferred and recommended for all new design applications over the DSCC drawing 87106.
They are available in voltages of 50V, 100V, 200V and 500V in capacitances from 0.56µF through 270µF.
