Fairchild's MicroFET MOSFETs Extend Battery Life
Fairchild Semiconductor’s FDMA1024NZ and FDMA410NZ dual N-Channel and single N-Channel MOSFETs are said to extend battery life in applications such as cellular handsets, electric toothbrushes and shavers. Packaged in thermally enhanced 2mm x 2mm x 0.8mm MicroFET MLP packaging, ideal for space-constrained applications, they offer excellent power dissipation and ultra-low RDS(ON) to conserve battery life.
