Compact 10, 30 and 40W railway DC/DC converters

These compact, fully encapsulated converters are designed to withstand shock, vibration, and thermal shock. With efficiencies of up to 90%, they operate effectively within a temperature range of -40 to +70°C (extendable to 80°C with a heatsink) without derating. The dedicated holdup capacitor connection allows them to meet extended holdup-time requirements without the need for bulky input capacitors.

Certified according to EN 50155 and EN 61373 standards, these converters are ideal for railway and transportation systems. They also meet the fire behaviour standards of EN 45545-2 and safety standards of IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, supporting potential compliance tests of applications. All models feature a 3,000 VDC I/O isolation voltage, active under-voltage lockout function, remote on/off capability, and adjustable outputs, making them suitable for ruggedised applications.
