AC/DC linear power supplies are UL and CE approved

Encapsulated in an ultra-compact (3.5x2.5") low profile housing, the power supplies provide the ultimate in environmental protection in space-limited applications and feature voltage outputs of 1-75V DC, current as high as 2.5A, and output power of 0.5-14 W. While linear operation minimises output noise, the high performance power supplies are constructed with a thermal barrier running through the module. This is particularly important as it isolates the heat-generating components from the more sensitive components to ensure optimal performance.

Featuring excellent regulation and ripple parameters, the mini encapsulated power supplies operate over a temperature range from -20 to +71°C without derating. Additionally, they offer a standard input of 105-125V AC, 47-420Hz single phase and may optionally be supplied with an input of 210-250V AC, 47-420Hz. Provided with screw terminal connections, the AC/DC linear power supplies feature short circuit protection, 3kV AC isolation and output and ripple noise of 1mV. Suitable for use in series, the power supplies offer line and load regulation of ±0.2 to ±0.05% (standard), and ±0.05 to ±0.25% (higher input option).

The output can be precisely trimmed to the nominal voltage by connecting an external resistor to the T/C terminal. Typical temperature coefficient is 0.015%/°C for 9-75V output ranges, and 0.03%/°C for 1-8V output ranges. Suited for wall or DIN rail mounting, the power supplies provide output impedance of approximately 0.07Ω at 1kHz and 0.2Ω at 10kHz.
