Metal oxide resistors from Tyco Electronics
Now available from Tyco Electronics is a range of highly stable and reliable metal oxide resistors providing high power in a small package. New RR series resistors are ideal for pulse applications in adverse conditions and are available in three different sizes with power ratings of 1, 2 and 3W for a voltage range from 350 up to 750Volts. Highly temperature resistant the devices feature a resistance range from 0.22Ω up to 1MΩ.
RR sManufactured by depositing a homogeneous film of metal alloy onto a high-grade ceramic body, the metal oxide resistors are coated with a non-flammable lacquer providing mechanical, electrical and climatic protection. The coating is resistant to all cleaning solvents in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 215 and IEC 60068-2-45.
The devices come packaged in ammo pack boxed or tape and reel format.
